Open Volunteer Positions
Data Entry and Fundraising Communications Specialist:
Seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in data entry using Monday.com non-profit software. Responsibilities include inputting approximately 5,000 email addresses preferably using excel, organizing them into targeted groups, and drafting donation solicitation messages for Director approval. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Donor Records and Tax Receipt Coordinator:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience using QuickBooks Online Plus, Wix and Stripe to manage donor records. Responsibilities include accurately recording donor names, contact information, and donation amounts, as well as issuing tax receipts. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with financial software are essential to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Coaster Donations and Distribution:
An individual that will contact businesses, Senior Homes, agents at Open Houses, restaurants, etc. to make a small $100 donation (or more) for a tax receipt and 200 coasters per $100 to distribute to their customers showing their support to eliminate chronic homelessness in Manitoba.
